Operation steps:
→ carefully cover the surface of the paint film with paper, clamp it between the conical shaft and the operating rod, and clamp the fixing plate.
→ bend the test plate along the conical axis with the manual operating lever
→ bend the sample 180 degrees with uniform force within 15 seconds
→ remove the paper and check the crack of the paint film
→ record the location of the crack and measure the distance from the crack to the smallest side of the bending shaft diameter
→ the extension value of the paint film can be judged in the correction curve

It is used to evaluate the cracking resistance or peeling resistance of coatings of paints, varnishes or related products when they are bent around the conical axis under standard conditions.
