The H1Z2Z2-K 1x6mm² solar PV cable is purpose-built for photovoltaic power generation systems including residential rooftop solar arrays, commercial solar farms, and utility-scale PV installations. It is ideal for interconnecting solar panels to inverters, combiner boxes, and DC distribution cabinets in both grid-tied and off-grid configurations. The cable's robust XLPO construction withstands long-term outdoor exposure, making it equally suitable for ground-mounted, floating solar, and building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) applications. With its 1KV AC / 1.5KV DC rating and wide temperature tolerance, it meets the demanding requirements of modern high-voltage solar string designs.
Each reel contains 500 meters of cable, securely wound and wrapped in protective polyethylene film with moisture-resistant packaging. Standard export packaging includes wooden drums or pallets with reinforced strapping for safe ocean freight transport. Customized packaging options including shorter reel lengths, color coding, and branded labeling are available upon request. Every production batch undergoes rigorous quality testing including conductor resistance measurement, high-voltage withstand testing, spark testing, tensile strength evaluation, and flame resistance verification.
