This BACKDRAFT DAMPER belt conveyor anti-backflow air door belongs to MFHSL series pressureless air doors, widely used for ventilation isolation at crosscuts of underground main intake airways, return airways and connecting roadways in coal mines. The product features ultra-low opening resistance, easy to operate by one person, no extra reverse air doors required. It can automatically close after personnel, mine carts and belt conveyors pass by, effectively preventing air backflow and gas leakage. It is recognized as an ideal cost-effective ventilation safety device for domestic coal mines.
Multiple standard sizes are available: MFHSL1.4×1.8, MFHSL1.6×1.8, MFHSL1.8×2.0, MFHSL2.1×2.0. The passage width ranges from 1500mm to 2200mm, and passage height from 1800mm to 2000mm, matching roadways of different sections and large-size belt conveyors. It owns excellent sealing performance and strong wind pressure resistance, not easy to deform under long-term humid and dusty underground working conditions. It greatly stabilizes the underground ventilation system and avoids safety hazards such as short-circuited airflow and excessive harmful gas concentration.
