This CAGE SAFETY DOOR is a special safety protection equipment for vertical shaft mine hoisting systems, suitable for all operation scenarios including vertical shaft collar, shaft bottom and intermediate transport drifts. It is equipped with a complete intelligent signal interlock control system, and multiple safety interlocks prevent misoperation of cage hoisting, complying with mandatory safety standards for underground mine operation.
Core interlock logic of the product: The safety gate can only be opened when the cage is accurately positioned and a stop signal is sent. If the safety gate is not fully closed, the system only supports transmission of leveling and layer-changing signals, and cannot send a hoisting start signal. The start signal can only be transmitted after the safety gate is completely closed, and the safety gate will be fully locked once the start signal is sent to avoid risks of personnel or materials falling due to mid-operation gate opening.
The equipment is equipped with a special rocking platform synchronous interlock structure. The rocking platform and car stopper are deeply interlocked with the cage stopping position and hoisting signal system: the rocking platform cannot be lowered and the car stopper cannot be opened if the cage is out of position; the hoisting start signal will be locked and unavailable if the rocking platform is not lifted and the car stopper is not closed. Special locking devices can be installed on the cage seats (safety chairs) at the shaft collar and bottom; hoisting startup is forbidden when the cage seat remains closed, and cage seats are strictly prohibited during personnel hoisting to fully protect miners’ personal safety.
The whole machine features sturdy, wear-resistant structure and resistance to underground impact and humid environment, with sensitive and zero-delay interlock induction. It fits installation and renovation of all kinds of vertical shaft cage hoisting equipment in coal mines and metal mines. It realizes one-key linkage with original hoisting signal system, easy to install and maintain. It fundamentally avoids major safety accidents such as cage falling, personnel tumbling and material sliding during vertical shaft hoisting, serving as an essential protective device for standardized safety reconstruction of underground mines.
