PV & Energy Storage Integrated Brackish Water Desalination Water Supply System

The PV and energy storage integrated brackish water desalination equipment is an integrated water supply device developed to solve the problems of water shortage, no municipal power and substandard water quality in inland brackish water areas. It innovatively integrates solar power generation, lithium battery energy storage and BWRO reverse osmosis desalination technology, breaking the limitation that traditional solar water purification equipment only works in the daytime and realizing 24/7 continuous and stable water production. It can efficiently treat various underground brackish water and high-hardness salty water. Through multi-stage pretreatment and high-precision reverse osmosis desalination process, it effectively removes salt, heavy metals, fluorides, suspended solids and other harmful substances in water. The effluent is clean and sweet, fully complying with WHO drinking water safety standards. With fully automatic intelligent operation, no special management is required. The integrated structure is easy to install, wind and sand resistant and aging resistant, which perfectly meets the long-term safe water supply needs of arid and salinized areas such as Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.

• Integrates solar power generation and lithium battery energy storage. It operates by direct solar power on sunny days and stores surplus power in batteries to support continuous water production at night and on cloudy days, eliminating the intermittent operation problem of traditional solar equipment and realizing 24/7 stable water supply.
• Adopts professional BWRO brackish water desalination technology, specially for high-mineralization and high-salinity underground brackish water. It effectively reduces water TDS value and removes harmful substances such as salt, heavy metals and scale ions, completely solving the problems of salty and hard water quality.
• Equipped with intelligent MPPT energy management system, it accurately matches solar power and equipment operating load to maximize solar energy utilization. The intelligent charge-discharge regulation of the energy storage system avoids energy waste, with lower energy consumption and higher operating efficiency than traditional equipment.
• The entire equipment highly integrates PV, energy storage, pretreatment, reverse osmosis and electric control systems, available in skid-mounted and containerized structures. Fully assembled and commissioned in the factory, it requires no complex on-site construction and can be put into operation immediately after landing.
• Fully automatic PLC intelligent control supports automatic water intake, automatic flushing, high and low pressure protection, and battery overcharge and overdischarge protection. Optional remote IoT monitoring enables real-time viewing of equipment operation and water quality data, greatly reducing manual maintenance costs.
