A: Accessory sample needs 3-5 days, mass production needs 1-4 weeks for order quantity more than one container.
Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: Chanpower is the factory with high production capacity and product range of solar products in China.
Q: How to choose the system Voltage 12V /24V ?
A: Chanpower could design the system for you. Usually 12V system for 15W-40W LED lamp , 24V system for 50-150W LED lamp.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Accessory sample shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional .
Q: What is your Warranty Policy?
A: Chanpower offer 3 years warranty for the entire system and replace with new ones for free in case of quality problems.
Q: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, Chanpower welcome sample order to test and check quality. Split style solar street lights is suitable for project according to clients’ requirement, need more time for confirm.
Q: What about the delivery date?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-4 weeks for order quantity more than one container.
