Slew drives are an all-in-one unit comprised of geared slew ring, drive gear, housing, and motor (electric or hydraulic). It is designed for axial force, radial force and moment loading. Our slew drives are powered with hour glass worm technology for increased load handling, efficiency and accuracy.
Slewing drives are widely used in construction machinery, especially in cranes.
Careful design of the slew drive is a major contributor to the crane's high productivity. This product is ideal for use with high torque hydraulic motor or geared electric motors.
