The ZK LWY250 decanter centrifuge processes fermentation broth at 5000rpm, generating 3500G force to efficiently separate solids from viscous liquids. The compact footprint (2600×800×1200mm) suits space-limited production lines while maintaining industrial-scale throughput. All wear-prone components usabrasion from crystalline or fibrous solids.
Equipped with CIP automatic cleaning system.
The surface finish is hygienically polished with a maximum unevenness of 0.8 μm.
Wear parts, seals and lubricants in contact with the material meet food and pharmaceutical industry standards.
The whole machine adopts no dead angle design, avoiding the existence of difficult-to-clean gaps and fine particle deposition areas.
