The ZK LWY250 Decanter Centrifuge delivers gh-G solid-liquid separation for oil drilling operations. Operating at 5000rpm and 3500G force, it processes >1m³/h of drilling slurry, efficiently separating abrasive solids from liquids. Equipped with a CIP automatic cleaning system, it eliminates cross-contamination between batches. The hygienically polished surfaces (≤0.8μm unevenness) prevent material buildup, wle food/pharmaceutical-grade seals and lubricants ensure compliance with stringent drilling fluid safety standards. Its no dead angle design avoids particle accumulation in critical zones. Ideal for offshore platforms with limited space (2600×800×1200mm footprint).
