The advanced planetary gearbox delivers smooth and reliable power transmission, maintaining stable performance even under variable loads during olive paste and pomace processing. Equipped with premium SKF bearings, the decanter is designed for continuous operation with a service life exceeding 20,000 hours. The adjustable differential speed (5–50 rpm) allows flexible process control, helping improve separation performance, increase oil yield, and produce drier olive pomace.
The centrifuge bowl is manufactured from food-grade AISI 316L duplex stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring hygienic olive oil processing. The screw conveyor is protected by tungsten carbide wear tiles, which effectively reduce abrasion caused by solid pomace particles and significantly extend the service life of key wear components. In addition, the optimized vibration reduction design enhances operational stability, making the equipment suitable for long-term, continuous olive oil extraction.
