Such zero-distortion imaging delivers high-fidelity data for subsequent AI recognition, greatly boosting the accuracy and stability of classification judgment.
The equipment simulates human eye-brain collaborative recognition logic. Via continuous sample learning, it autonomously extracts multi-dimensional chickpea features including color, shape and texture, effectively resisting interferences such as workshop dust and ambient light fluctuations. The embedded dedicated NPU neural network chip delivers powerful computing capacity for real-time inference of massive image data, ensuring rapid and precise sorting under mass-production scenarios.
The self-developed detection model library integrates exclusive sorting models for chickpeas, flexibly supporting diverse demands: raw pre-cleaning, grade classification, mold removal, discoloration elimination, and rejection of stones and foreign seeds. Supported by cloud infrastructure, models can be remotely updated and iterated. Endowed with brain-like learning capability, the sorter continuously adapts to new production lines and updated standards, delivering superior long-term return on investment.
Multi-channel independent intelligent control valves operate in parallel with microsecond-level response, precisely ejecting defective products without accidentally blowing away qualified chickpeas. The valve group features flexible switching. Even under sharp fluctuations of feed flow, constant rejection efficiency is sustained. The sorter achieves significantly improved sorting accuracy while guaranteeing continuous, stable and high-yield production.
