3. Where is your factory? Can I visit the factory?

Address: Mashe, Lishui, Nanhai, Foshan , Guangdong Province, China. Of course you are welcome to visit the factory. It only takes half an hour from Guangzhou to our factory. When you arrived in Guangzhou or Foshan, we can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel if necessary.

4. What are the terms of payment?

T/T, 50% as deposit, 50% of the balance before delivery.

5. What's your delivery time?

Standard delivery time is about 25-30 days, non-standard customized products need more than 45 days.

6. What is the MOQ for the pod?

We don’t require the MOQ. If you only need one pod can also order.

7. How do you packaging and how to ship?

The parts are wrapped with PE protective film and bubble film, and then loaded into the thickened wooden carton, the carton can be carried by forklift. detailed information please consult our professional sales.

8. Does the price include shipping? / Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

We do EXW, FOB, CNF, etc.

9. If I don't want this color for the surface and interior, can I change it for another color?

The color can be changed. The regular color of the surface is black and white, and the price will be increased by 10% if other colors are changed.

10. Do you have a cheaper style/model?

We now recommend customers to choose this premium style, if you want cheaper one, maybe we can choose the basic style, which removes the inside cover cloth, door closers, multi-function controller and adjustable lighting

12. Whether we need to install it myself? Is there a tutorial or installation instruction?

We are shipped in bulk and need to be installed by customers themselves. After the order is placed and received the goods, the user manual and installation video will be provided.

There is a ventilation system, it will be about the same as the outside temperature, the standard configuration doesn’t have air conditioning, but also can be added if you like.
