This LED rear marker light is specially developed for coaches and city buses, serving as rear clearance lamp and roof position lamp. It emits red warning light to display rear outline and width of the bus under dusk, night, foggy and low‑light conditions. It improves recognition of large‑size bus rear portion for following vehicles, effectively reduces rear‑end collision risks and enhances driving safety. Installation Instructions

  1. Cut off the whole‑vehicle power supply of the bus before installation to prevent short‑circuit damage.

  2. Remove old damaged rear marker light, take down nuts from mounting studs.

  3. Confirm part number before installation: 24199AJ0068 for left side, 24199AJ0018 for right side, do not mix left‑right lamps.

  4. Pass two fixing studs of new lamp through vehicle installation holes, fasten nuts evenly. Do not over‑tighten to avoid cracking plastic housing.

  5. Connect the 2‑pin yellow waterproof plug with vehicle harness socket, make sure connector is fully locked.

  6. Restore bus power supply, turn on position light switch, test left and right rear marker lights to check normal lighting.

Notes

  1. Must use DC 24V power supply. Do not connect to 12V power source, otherwise lamp will not work normally.

  2. Strictly distinguish left‑hand and right‑hand part numbers, mixed installation is forbidden.

  3. Tighten mounting nuts evenly. Excessive torque will crack PC lens and plastic housing.

  4. Keep connector plug dry and clean before connection, prevent water, mud and dust entering socket.

  5. Regularly inspect lamp lighting condition and mounting nuts tightness in daily vehicle maintenance. Replace lamp immediately if lens broken or LED beads failed.

  6. Avoid heavy impact and knocking on lamp body, plastic components are easy to break under strong force.

  7. If the lamp fails to light up, inspect power circuit and connector connection firstly, do not replace lamp blindly.
