Ⅰ. Product Purpose
We supply a complete series of bus luggage compartment locks, rear door locks and outer door handles for coaches. Various specifications are available, including standard locks, locks with indicator lights, lock assemblies and geared outer handles. Optional colors cover black, white and silver. These spare parts are widely compatible with Yutong, Kinglong, Higer, Ankai, Zhongtong and other passenger buses. All items adopt sturdy structure, easy to install and directly replace original parts. Custom requirements and bulk orders are welcome.

Ⅲ. Installation Instructions
1. Confirm the matching model and color of the outer handle before installation. Check whether the mounting hole position matches the bus compartment door panel.
2. Place the outer handle assembly into the reserved mounting opening on the compartment door from the outside of the door.
3. Fix the handle base with matched fasteners from the inner side of the compartment door, ensure the handle is closely attached to the door surface without looseness.
4. Connect the linkage rod between the outer handle and internal lock body, adjust the rod length to guarantee smooth unlocking and locking action.
5. For the version with indicator light, connect the signal wire according to the vehicle circuit schematic.
6. Install the lock cylinder and insert the keys, repeatedly test pulling the handle to open and lock the door to confirm flexible operation.
7. Check the sealing gap between handle and door panel, avoid jamming during operation.
Ⅳ. Notes & Maintenance Precautions
1. Do not forcibly pull the handle when the lock is fully locked, which may cause damage to the linkage mechanism or plastic housing.
2. Regularly check the tightness of fixing screws. Tighten loose screws timely to prevent handle falling off.
3. Keep the lock cylinder clean. Apply special lock lubricant occasionally; avoid using coarse engine oil that easily absorbs dust.
4. Prevent strong impact or heavy load extrusion on the handle during vehicle operation.
5. When washing the bus, avoid high-pressure water long-term flushing directly toward the lock cylinder to reduce rust risk.
6. If the indicator light fails to work, check wiring contact and line breakage first.
7. Select corresponding color variants (Silver / Black / White) and choose standard version or indicator light version according to original vehicle configuration before purchasing.
8. The product adopts high-strength engineering plastic and metal lock core; improper disassembly will void normal service life.
