Brief Introduction


The quick release valve is an important pneumatic component for the air brake system of buses, coaches and heavy-duty trucks. It is matched with brake chambers to speed up the exhaust speed of the brake system, shorten the brake release response time, reduce air pressure loss and improve driving safety. We supply multiple models of quick release valves (VIE type OEM replacement spare parts) to meet the matching demands of various commercial vehicles.

Main Purpose


  1. Accelerate exhausting of brake air chamber when releasing the brake pedal.

  2. Make the brake shoes return rapidly, avoid dragging brake.

  3. Reduce air pipeline resistance, save compressed air consumption.

  4. Widely used on service brake and parking brake circuits of buses and trucks.


Product Features


  1. Made of high-strength aluminum alloy, lightweight, strong anti-pressure and anti-corrosion performance.

  2. Precise internal valve structure, sensitive action, stable sealing, no air leakage under rated working pressure.

  3. Suitable for long-term work under pressure of 0.7–1.0 MPa, working temperature range: -40℃ ~ +80℃.

  4. Complete available models, interchangeable with original OEM parts, easy direct replacement.

  5. Strictly tested before delivery to ensure stable performance under harsh road conditions.


Installation Instructions


  1. Confirm the model and interface size match your vehicle before installation.

  2. Install the quick release valve at the position close to the brake chamber as much as possible.

  3. Connect the air pipelines strictly following the air flow mark on the valve body. Do not connect the inlet and outlet reversely.

  4. Tighten threaded joints properly. Avoid excessive force to prevent thread cracking and air leakage.

  5. After installation, inject clean compressed air and conduct air tightness test; check all joints for air leakage.

  6. Test the braking system repeatedly to verify normal brake release function before formal driving.


Precautions


  1. Keep the compressed air clean and dry. Moisture and impurities will cause internal valve stuck and air leakage. It is recommended to install air dryer in the air circuit.

  2. Do not disassemble the valve body privately without professional tools, otherwise the original sealing performance will be damaged.

  3. Stop working immediately if continuous air leakage occurs during operation, inspect pipelines and valve body in time.

  4. Regularly check the sealing condition of the quick release valve during vehicle maintenance. Replace worn or aging products timely.

  5. Only use matched accessories. Do not mix installation with unmatched models.
