Product Introduction
Cr15Ni60 Wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire composed of 15% chromium and 60% nickel, with excellent high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and resistance stability. Its main chemical composition also includes a small amount of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and aluminum, with a density of 8.2 g/cm³, a melting point between 1368-1405℃, a resistivity of 1.12 μΩ·m (20℃), and a thermal expansion coefficient of 13.0×10⁻⁶/°C (20-1000°C). Cr15Ni60 Wire is widely used in the manufacture of heating elements, electric heating wires, resistance strips, etc., especially for periodic heat treatment furnaces below 900℃, high-grade electric heating tubes, household electric heaters, chemical equipment and high-temperature parts in the aerospace field.
