Incoloy 800 wire is a high-performance nickel based alloy wire with excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. Its chemical composition mainly includes nickel, chromium, and iron, with nickel content as high as 30% to 35%, chromium content as 19% to 23%, iron content as 39.5% to 46%, and small amounts of copper, aluminum, titanium, and other elements. The combination of these components endows Incoloy 800 wire with excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, making it perform well in high-temperature oxidation and sulfurization environments. Incoloy 800 wire maintains good oxidation resistance even at temperatures up to 1100 ° C and can work for extended periods of time at temperatures up to 800 ° C. In addition, it also exhibits good toughness at low temperatures, maintaining its ductility and impact strength even at -196 ℃.
