Product Introduction

CuNi23 wire is a copper-nickel alloy wire with a nickel content of 23%. Its chemical composition mainly includes copper, nickel, and a small amount of iron, aluminum, manganese and other elements. Its resistivity is between 0.35 and 0.45μΩ·m, 0.30μΩ·m at 20℃, the temperature coefficient of resistance is less than 16×10⁻⁵/K at 20℃~600℃, and the density is 8.9 g/cm³. In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of soft round steel wire is ≥350 MPa, and the elastic modulus is generally between 120160 GPa. It has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in seawater, it shows strong corrosion resistance and anti-biofouling performance, and also has good resistance to a variety of corrosive media. It has good processing performance and can be processed by forging, rolling, stretching, welding, cutting and other processing processes.
