A:ERNiCrMo-3 welding wire is mainly used for welding INCONEL 625 alloy, INCOLOY 825 alloy, 25-6Mo alloy, and other molybdenum containing stainless steels. It can also be used for surface welding of steel and welding of dissimilar steels.
Q:What are the precautions for the welding process of ERNiCrMo-3 welding wire?
A:The welding area must be thoroughly cleaned of surface impurities such as oil stains, rust, and moisture. When welding, use small wire energy and it is recommended to use a lower inter pass temperature. The purity of the argon gas used should be above 99.99% and the flow rate of the gas should be appropriately controlled. Typically, when the welding current is between 100-200A, the gas flow rate is about 10-15L/min.
