Product Introduction
The over-temperature protected fire-resistant resin-coated wire-wound fusible resistor is a highly reliable electronic protection component that integrates a current-limiting resistor, fusible protection, a fire-resistant coating, and a safe structural design.
This resistor is encapsulated in a fire-resistant resin coating and combined with a dedicated fuse. When an overload or abnormal temperature rise occurs in the circuit, it will safely melt within 5 seconds, preventing dangerous situations such as sparks, arcs, and explosions.
Its design meets multiple international testing standards and exhibits excellent moisture resistance, surge resistance, electrical stability, and mechanical stress resistance. It is suitable for applications requiring stringent safety protection, such as consumer electronics, telecommunications equipment, power systems, and control instruments.

Product Performance and Advantages
Flame Retardancy and High Heat Resistance The resistor surface uses flame-retardant resin paint or high-strength silicone resin that can withstand 800℃, maintaining stability under high-temperature conditions and preventing cracking, peeling, or carbonization due to thermal stress, effectively improving the product's flame resistance and environmental adaptability.
Safe Fusion and High Reliability The internally integrated thermistor fuse uses a dual-layer material deposition structure, which can quickly fuse under abnormal voltage, over-temperature, or over-current conditions, ensuring no flame, no explosion, and no arc. After fusing, the resistance is greater than 2MΩ, ensuring complete circuit isolation and improving overall system safety.
Excellent Electrical Performance The product has passed multiple reliability tests, including temperature cycling, short-time overload, wet load life, solder heat resistance, voltage withstand, and insulation testing. It maintains good stability within a temperature range of -55℃ to 200℃, with minimal resistance change, ensuring long-term reliable electrical performance.
Strong Surge Resistance Compliant with IEC61000-4-5 standards, it can withstand 2kV~3kV pulse surges and a maximum DC surge current of 50A. Even under high-frequency pulse loads, the resistance change remains less than ±5%.
