This OEM pressure sensor core utilizes an imported high-stability MEMS chip and features a 316L stainless steel diaphragm. The fully welded structure ensures long-term durability and reliability. It supports four pressure types: gauge pressure (G), absolute pressure (A), sealed pressure (S), and differential pressure (D), with a measurement range from -100 kPa to 70 MPa. Multiple output options include millivolt output, I²C digital output, 4–20 mA, and voltage output.
Each unit undergoes rigorous manufacturing and testing processes, including automatic diaphragm attachment, laser trimming, compensation testing, and aging screening to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.

How do I choose the right pressure type?
Gauge pressure (G) uses atmospheric pressure as the reference and is suitable for tank level measurement and pipeline pressure monitoring.
Absolute pressure (A) uses a vacuum reference and is suitable for applications such as altitude compensation.
Sealed pressure (S) is designed for high-pressure systems.
Differential pressure (D) measures the pressure difference between two points and is commonly used in flow meters and filter differential pressure monitoring.
Can it measure viscous media?
Yes. The SMP2301 and SMP2400 series use a flush diaphragm design to help prevent clogging. The SMP2301 series also offers a clamp connection for easy removal and cleaning.

If your system already has an ADC front end, millivolt output is the most cost-effective choice.
For battery-powered devices, I²C digital output is recommended, with standby current as low as ≤0.1 mA.
