Under the combined effects of pressure and tension, the sponge is briefly compressed, shaping its surface into a three-dimensional pattern that perfectly matches the pattern of the roller, ultimately establishing its shape.
Heavy Duty Rebonded Foam Profile Cutting Machine Workflow Overview
1. Preparation: Place the large roll or sheet of sponge material on the unwind stand or workbench. Pass the leader through the guide rollers and embossing area before securing it to the rewind stand.
2. Parameter Setting: Set the desired pressure, speed, and speed on the touchscreen.
3. Start: Start the machine, and the embossing rollers begin heating and rotating.
4. Embossing: The sponge is automatically fed between the embossing and pressure rollers. The instantaneous pressure creates a distinct embossing pattern on the surface.
5. Winding: The embossed sponge, once shaped, is automatically wound into a roll, completing the process.
