The rebonded foam production process involves crushing waste polyurethane sponge (such as from mattresses, sofas, and car seats), mixing it with an appropriate amount of new material (polyether polyols, isocyanates such as TDI/MDI), and additives, and then foaming it into a new shape. Therefore, the recycled sponge foaming unit is a complete set of equipment designed specifically for this process

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): The brain of the entire unit, controlling the start/stop and sequencing of all motors, pumps, and valves.Human-Machine Interface (HMI Touchscreen): The operator uses the touchscreen to set process parameters such as recipe (ratio of components), temperature, and chain speed, and monitor the equipment's operating status in real time.
Temperature Control Unit: Controls the raw material and drying tunnel temperatures to ensure optimal reaction conditions.

Waste sponge → Crushing/Grinding → Measuring recycled particles → High-speed mixing with polyether, TDI, etc. in a mixing head → Poured into mold → Steam-cured → Demolded and air-dried → Cut into desired size → Finished recycled sponge.
