QR code silicone wristbands is very popular in the market , many of clients from all over the world have the demands ,
as the processs of QR code , we have two ways to meet clients' requests , each way has its own advantage and its shortcomings , if you need me to tell you which is better , i think that is a very different question for me , just as somebody asks you that you like red color or green color, there is no fixed answers for that questions , ok ,let's get back on track
1) debossed and filled for the QRcode
from the name , you can inmagine that it is a type of inkfilled wristbands , yes , you got that right , we need to fisrtly engrave the QR code into the bracelet, then we fill in your favorate color ,at last you get what you want ,
to deboss the logos here ,we have two solutions , one is aimed at QR codes which are all the same , as to such style ,we only need a mold ,and we can finish a beautiful item , this is very easy and also very common , most QR code silicone wristbands belongs to this category, the other is that all QR codes is not the same ,they are different all, with this style ,a mold can not resolve the problem ,we have to turn to ma machine called laser machine , with this strong machines ,we can get any different QR codes , ofcourse , the price is higher than that from a mold due to its more complex work
2) printed QR Codes
we have the second way to put QR code onto silicone wristbands , that is printed QR silicone wristbands , the same , there are two situation , one is with same QR code , the other is with different , as to the first situation , one templete can resolve all problems , but for the second situation , we need to pay some energy to it , we can make different tempates for different QRcode , we also can finish the task with a prinitng machine , but the skills is not stable at the moment ,we mostly take the measure that prepare different templates , and change one by one with hands
