Composition is 100% polyester . Weight is 503 gsm. It is woven Imitation Memory + poly knitted fabric bonded. Waterproof and Windproof finish. As a bonded fabric, it is normally used to make Winter Jacket , Winter Breaker , and other kinds of outwear or causal wear.
It is a 3 layers bonded fabric. 1st layer : 200D*200D twill fabric 300gsm. 2nd layer: transparent TPU film.3rd layer : 190gsm polar fleece. The bonding makes the fabric water proof and more wind proof. It is soft touching and winkle fee. We use azo-free glue for production The sizing temperature can reach 140 °, no need to worry about the bonding fastness. After bonding, the fabric is also thicker and more strong . This bonded fabric is an idea choice for winter jacket , winter breaker, and other kinds of outwear or casual wear.
