DESCRIPTION
1.Manual feeding system: Put the product onto the positioner platform manually.
2.Semi-automatic fixing: Press positioning cylinder button and fix the materials on the specified location. The positioning device is designed as leveraged structure or a direct pressure structure. Pressing the work piece to ensure the accuracy of positioning.
3. Positioning system: According to different welding positions and in order to ensure the optimum position of the welding torch, the positioning device rotates to the suitable angle automatically according to the setting program. The maximum rotation range is up to 360 degrees.
4.Automatic welding: It adopts the robot language according to the setting path and process requirements to complete the automatic welding.
5. Unloading manually: Take down the welded chair manually.
Proposal Requirement:
According to the requirements of your company, we design the robot that adopts six-axis robot system equipped with aluminium welder to complete the welding automatically. The robot use cylinder or clamp and utilize the leverage principle to fix product. This method can meet the requirement for automatic welding and can guarantee that the robot weld each part of the product. According to the production efficiency requirements, we design two sets fixtures, one is used for loading the work piece, the other is used for welding at the same time.
Working process:
Robot working steps: Put the work piece onto the fixture1 manually(as the following picture). ------ Start welding------ Robot and the positioner are simultaneously welding according to the setting procedure.-------- Welding completed------ While the station 1 is being welded, station 2 is clamping the work piece synchronously,two stations work alternately.
This device can achieve automatic welding of the work piece and manual. It can also improve the quality and efficiency of the products. What’s more, it can reduce the production costs. In this situation, the problem of unstable quality and low production efficiency caused by pure manual operation has been solved.
