DETAILED DESCRIPTION
MF Inverter Spot Welder represents cutting-edge welding technology. Using a special inverter, three-phase power supply is converted into 1000Hz AC voltage, which is then transmitted to a medium frequency transformer. The resulting current is rectified to supply DC welding current.
One major advantage lies in its significant reduction of iron core material energy, achieved by increasing the welding transformer frequency from the typical 50/60Hz mains supply to 1000Hz. Additionally, the commutation diode in the transformer's subloop transforms electric energy into DC power, used to fuel the welding process.
In this setup, the inductance coefficient of the subloop experiences a remarkable improvement, leading to minimized production costs. The inductance coefficient, a key factor contributing to energy loss, becomes nearly negligible in the DC welding circuit.

The power factor is as high as 0.7-0.9 (power frequency 0.4), which greatly reduces the reactive power loss.
