Product details
Handling Manipulator is a power-assisted robot that is fixed to a station and can only operate within an operational working radius. Most of the fixing machinery is used to move work-pieces. The robot adopts the balance principle of force, through the air pressure generated by the air compressor so that the material is suspended when lifted or dropped, reaches 0 gravity, the button on the operating handle realizes the easy transfer, the precise positioning of the work-piece, the multi-directional operation function, has the characteristics of a wide variety of clamping materials, simple operation, safe and efficient and so on.
Features
1.Easy and fast operation: follow the operator's traction, complete the work-piece lift, push and pull, roll, tilt and other actions, easy to move the work-piece, auxiliary assembly work-piece. 2.Suspension without impact and without rebound: can ensure that when the product is assembled, soft docking, to avoid ordinary lifting equipment when the impact and rebound force. 3.Positioning accuracy: zero gravity suspension status, to ensure that the product docking random movement accurate positioning. 4.Energy saving: the whole machine does not need a power supply, only one access to 0.6MPA gas source line can do all the work. 5.Safety: Selected imported high-quality pneumatic components composed of pneumatic control system, air source accidental interruption protection, mis-operation protection, low-voltage alarm, safety and position butterfly brakes, buffer gas tanks and other safety mechanisms, the maximum protection of operation and work-piece safety.
