Product Description
HWASHI six-axis welding industrial robot can be combined with MIG welding machine, TIG welding machine, Spot welding, Aluminium welding machine and laser welding machine.
Use robot to replace labor force for welding. Manual loading and unloading of product. One time fixing of the product onto the fixture.
Workpiece material: stainless steel tube, wall thickness: 1.2mm; Size: 350 x 350 x 800mm
The workpiece should be welded alternately on both sides and request to reduce the deformation. The flatness of the workpiece should be +/-1mm.

Welding Solutions
Complete welding robot system includes HS-R6-08 1.4m arm length robot, 350A MIG welding machine, automatic anti-collision welding gun, two one-axis vertical rotation positioners, welding gun cleaner, and welding fixtures
Welding gun cleaner device is recommended to guarantee stability and consistency of welding quality
Automatic welding is performed by six-axis robot MIG welder using cylinders or fast clamps with lever principle to ensure positioning requirements
Two positioners are designed for alternating loading/unloading and welding operations based on production efficiency requirements
