Working Principle
The AT-MF25K employs MFDC (Medium Frequency Direct Current) spot welding technology operating at 1000Hz inverter frequency. The gantry structure provides rigid support for multiple welding transformers, while servo motors drive precise horizontal and vertical positioning of electrode heads. Weld parameters (current, time, pressure) are precisely controlled through the human-machine interface (HMI), allowing operators to set weld row count and spacing directly on the touchscreen.
