The AT-MF25K is a gantry-style automatic multi-spot welding machine specifically engineered for reinforcing stiffener ribs on sheet metal components. Featuring a robust gantry structure with horizontally and vertically adjustable electrode spacing, this machine handles both single-row and multi-row stiffener welding with unmatched flexibility.
What sets the AT-MF25K apart is its servo-driven feeding and welding system — operators load the sheet metal once, and the machine automatically completes all weld points in a single clamping cycle. The MFDC (Medium Frequency Direct Current) inverter power supply delivers rapid welding cycles while preserving zinc coating integrity on galvanized sheets, ensuring weld spots remain color-consistent and free from burn-through or zinc spattering.

Working Principle
The AT-MF25K employs MFDC (Medium Frequency Direct Current) spot welding technology operating at 1000Hz inverter frequency. Weld parameters (current, time, pressure) are precisely controlled through the human-machine interface (HMI), allowing operators to set weld row count and spacing directly on the touchscreen.
