System Overview
Our automated coating line is built around a heavy-duty power and free conveyor system, allowing for flexible routing, accumulation, and precise positioning of heavy components. Each part is mounted on an automated servo-driven fixture that provides full 360-degree rotation during the application and curing processes. Housed within an insulated, clean-room grade enclosure, the system ensures zero contamination. Depending on your specific production needs, the line can be configured with high-efficiency dry filtration or our advanced water curtain paint booth technology to capture overspray and maintain a safe, compliant working environment.

Advanced Enclosure Architecture: Constructed with high-insulation EPS/Rockwool sandwich panels and automated sliding entry/exit doors to maintain strict temperature and clean-room level particulate control.
Customizable Filtration (Water Curtain or Dry): Engineered to handle high-volume overspray efficiently, protecting operators and the environment while minimizing maintenance downtime.
Centralized PLC Control System: Features an intuitive touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring of track speed, rotation RPM, booth pressure, and curing temperatures.
