To meet the exacting standards of our global industrial clients, CoatTech has launched a fully integrated, customized Industrial Spray Booth and Baking System, uniquely designed to operate in tandem with heavy overhead conveyor tracks.
2.Two Big Function
What sets this system apart is its structural ingenuity. The heavy-duty conveyor track is seamlessly integrated into the reinforced roof skeleton of the spray booth cabin.
This innovative layout allows massive steel frames to be safely suspended inside the cabin without compromising the structural integrity of the booth.
Inside, the working environment is highly optimized. Brilliant, explosion-proof LED lighting arrays eliminate shadows, providing painters with perfect visibility for precision application on complex chassis geometries.
Furthermore, the booth is engineered with a high-efficiency downdraft ventilation system. Fresh air is evenly distributed from the ceiling plenum,
while overspray and VOCs are swiftly pulled down into the heavy-duty floor gratings and multi-level filtration system.
This ensures a safe, clean breathing zone for operators and prevents paint defects caused by dust or drifting overspray.
From dimensional planning to the final PLC control integration, this turnkey coating system can be customized to fit the exact footprint of your workshop and the precise cycle times of your production line.
