Engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of heavy machinery manufacturing, this system provides an optimized surface finishing solution for truck chassis, trailer frames, and large-scale industrial steel structures.
2.Two Big Function
1.Handling massive, awkwardly shaped metal components during the painting process has traditionally been a major bottleneck for heavy equipment manufacturers.
To solve this, our new coating line integrates a high-capacity overhead chain conveyor system.
As demonstrated in our facility, the robust drop chains and custom-designed load hooks can safely and smoothly transport workpieces weighing several tons, keeping the floor space entirely clear and eliminating the need for cumbersome ground trolleys.
2.The continuous flow system allows the heavy chassis to move seamlessly from the loading area directly into our state-of-the-art spray booths and high-temperature curing ovens.
This suspended 360-degree accessibility empowers operators to apply anti-corrosive primers and topcoats flawlessly, ensuring complete coverage even in complex structural cavities.
By maintaining strict control over the airflow, paint mist filtration, and curing temperatures, this CoatTech solution dramatically increases production throughput while delivering the ultimate weather-resistant and rust-proof finish required by heavy-duty vehicles.
