Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine for Surface Descaling & Rust Removal
Overview
For heavy-duty surface preparation, the CoatTech Hanger Shot Blasting Machine uses high-velocity steel shot to strip rust, mill scale, and old paint from workpieces. This mechanical cleaning process achieves an Sa2.5 surface profile, providing the perfect "anchor pattern" for heavy powder coating or liquid painting. Ideally suited for irregular or complex-shaped parts.
Core Features
High-Velocity Turbines: Equipped with high-efficiency blast wheels (Turbines) that throw up to 250kg of steel shot per minute.
Smart Rotation: The hanger hook automatically rotates inside the blast chamber, ensuring 360-degree coverage of the workpiece.
Abrasive Recycling: Integrated elevator and air-wash separator system cleans the steel shot and recycles it, removing dust and broken particles.
Durability: The blast chamber is lined with Mn13 High-Manganese Steel wear-resistant liners (life span > 10,000 hours).
