Activated Carbon Adsorption: High-iodine value honeycomb carbon blocks absorb organic solvents (Benzene, Xylene) effectively.
UV Photolysis: High-energy UV light beams break down molecular chains of odor gases, converting them into harmless CO2 and H2O.
Integrated Pre-Filtration: Includes a dry filter box or water spray tower to remove paint mist/dust before the air enters the carbon bed to prevent clogging.
Safety Monitor: Equipped with differential pressure gauges and high-temp alarms to monitor system health.
