Overview The CoatTech Automatic Reciprocator (Robot) is the heart of a consistent automated line. It moves the spray guns vertically or horizontally with precise speed and stroke control, ensuring uniform film thickness across the entire product. Paired with our Central Gun Control Cabinet, operators can adjust voltage, current, and powder flow for up to 24 guns from a single interface.
Core Features
Smooth Movement: Belt-driven design with linear guides ensures vibration-free movement, eliminating "banding" or striping on the product.
Digital Control: PLC-controlled stroke length and speed (frequency conversion) allow you to match the reciprocator speed to the conveyor line speed.
Heavy Payload: Capable of carrying 2 to 12 spray guns per arm.
Memory Function: The control center can store presets for different parts (e.g., "Flat Panel Mode" vs. "Complex Wire Mode").
