Overview
Designed for the high-finish requirements of the woodworking and furniture industries, the CoatTech Water Curtain Booth uses a continuous water flow to capture sticky paint overspray. This wet filtration method is superior for high-viscosity paints (PU/PE/NC) and high-gloss finishes, effectively washing paint mist from the air before it reaches the exhaust fan.
Core Features
Dual-Stage Filtration: Primary water curtain captures the majority of overspray, while secondary internal spray nozzles wash the remaining particulates from the air.
Premium Material: The water curtain plate and tank are fabricated from 304 Stainless Steel to prevent rust and ensure a smooth, turbulence-free water film.
Easy Maintenance: Features a hinged rear access door for convenient water tank cleaning and paint sludge removal.
Explosion-Proof Safety: All electrical components, including fan motors and lights, are EX-rated for safe operation with volatile solvents.
