Overview Before coating, you need a clean surface. The CoatTech Portable Pressure Blast Pot is a heavy-duty vessel designed to blast away rust, mill scale, and old paint at high speed. Unlike simple siphon blasters, this pressurized system forces abrasive media through the nozzle with tremendous energy, increasing stripping speed by 300%.
Core Features
Deadman Safety Switch: Features a remote control handle (Deadman handle) that instantly stops the blasting flow if the operator drops the hose or releases the grip.
Moisture Separation: Includes a high-capacity water separator and air filter to keep the blasting media dry and prevent nozzle clogs.
Concave Head: The concave top design allows for easy filling of sand or grit, with a pop-up valve that seals automatically under pressure.
Wear Protection: Tungsten Carbide venturi nozzles ensure long life even when using aggressive abrasives like aluminum oxide or steel grit.
