Overview The CoatTech Powder Feed Center is the "brain" of your automated coating line. It centralizes powder management, ensuring a steady, surge-free flow of powder to all spray guns. Designed for rapid color changes, the system automatically cleans the spray guns, powder pumps, and suction tubes with powerful blasts of compressed air at the push of a button.
Core Features
Superior Fluidization: The porous plate at the bottom of the hopper gently aerates the powder, making it behave like a liquid for smooth, consistent pumping.
Auto-Cleaning Cycle: Automatically purges the entire powder circuit (Venturi pumps, hoses, and guns) to prevent color contamination during changeovers.
Level Monitoring: Integrated ultrasonic sensors detect low powder levels and trigger an alarm or auto-refill from a virgin powder box.
Vibration Table: An angled vibration table helps empty the powder box completely, minimizing material waste.
