1.Robust Transmission: Features a multi-row parallel roller chain and sprocket assembly. The tight gear engagement ensures a smooth, uniform transfer speed, completely eliminating jitter or chain skipping that could compromise paint trajectory and coating thickness.
2.Corrosion & Heat Resistance: The expansive platform and structural flooring are constructed from premium stainless steel and galvanized steel. This provides exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion and allows for effortless cleaning of paint overspray, maintaining high cleanroom standards.
3.Modular & Scalable Design: The parallel track layout is highly adaptable, allowing for the synchronized transport of large or wide-format industrial components, automotive parts, and heavy machinery enclosures.
4.Seamless Integration: The support framework, built from heavy-duty industrial square tubes, provides optimal clearance for wiring and maintenance. The system is fully ready for integration with PLC automation, water wash spray booths, dry filtration systems, and high-temperature curing ovens.
