The CoatTech Powder Coating Booth is a professional, enclosed manual spray system designed for high-quality powder coating of metal workpieces such as radiators, heat sinks, automotive parts, and hardware components. The workpiece is suspended from an overhead chain conveyor, allowing 360° access for thorough, streak-free coverage.
Overspray powder is captured by an integrated cartridge filter recovery system, which keeps the working environment clean, protects the operator, and allows unused powder to be collected and reused—delivering both environmental and cost benefits.
Enclosed spray booth interior with bright overhead linear lighting for clear visibility.
Metal radiator workpiece suspended by hook and twin chains from the overhead conveyor.
Operator using a manual spray gun to apply powder coating evenly across the part.
Three cylindrical cartridge filters on the side wall for overspray capture and powder recovery (see Figure 2).
