Warranty Period: 12 months starting from the date of final operational acceptance at Buyer's site.
● Manufacturing Quality: All equipment structural panels are prefabricated in modular knock-down units to facilitate overseas sea freight shipping in standard high-cube (40HQ) containers.
● Warranty Repairs: Free repair or replacement for parts defective due to design or manufacturing faults during the warranty period. For operator-induced misoperations, replacement parts are supplied at cost.
● Technical Support & Response: Remote technical assistance provided within 2 hours of fault notification. If site dispatch is required, certified engineers will be deployed within 48 hours.
● Training Services: Includes a minimum of 3 days of hands-on training for Buyer's operators and maintenance staff covering operation, daily preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
