Product Overview
CoatTech's Down-Draft Spray Paint Booth (Model CT-DDSB) is a complete, turnkey industrial coating solution engineered for metal fabrication shops, automotive refinishers, machinery manufacturers and heavy-equipment workshops. Combining a spacious 20 × 20 × 10 m spray enclosure, an integrated paint-booth man lift for safe high-reach spraying, and a diesel / infrared curing system, it delivers professional-grade paint finish, consistent drying and a clean, well-lit, safe working environment — all in one system.
Designed and manufactured in our Foshan facility and trusted by customers across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Middle East and beyond, the CT-DDSB is fully customizable to your workshop layout, production volume and local climate conditions.
Down-Draft Airflow & Multi-Stage Filtration — captures overspray at floor level; G3 pre-filter + F5 ceiling filter + activated-carbon exhaust keep the cabin clean and protect operators.
Integrated Man Lift Platform — electric scissor / boom lift built into the booth lets painters reach up to 10 m safely, eliminating ladders and scaffolding.
Durable Galvanized Steel Structure — H-beam main frame with arc / vertical / diagonal bracing; hot-dip galvanized tube (frame spacing < 1.2 m) for long service life, even outdoors.
Retractable Telescopic Canopy — 4 rows of horizontal telescopic frames extend to 20 m, with weatherproof fabric curtain; ideal for large or irregular workpieces.
Precision Curing System — diesel / IR heating unit with PLC temperature control (25–60 °C adjustable) for fast, uniform curing and shorter cycle times.
Explosion-Proof & CE-Considered Design — Schneider / Chint electrical components, overload & phase-loss protection, LED explosion-proof lighting (≥ 800 lux).
