spray chamber containing two 3D motorized operator platforms for 360° ergonomic spraying of extra-large industrial workpieces.

By integrating a continuous overhead conveyor loop with a high-temperature curing tunnel and an ergonomic spray chamber, this plant system achieves continuous material flow with minimal manual handling.
1.Dual Process Flexibility (1-Coat 1-Bake / 2-Coat 2-Bake)
The closed-loop track architecture enables complete process flexibility. For standard coating, parts pass through once for a single coat and bake. For double-layer specifications (such as anti-corrosion primer followed by a high-gloss topcoat), parts simply run a second loop cycle without manual offloading or re-clamping.
2.Full-Coverage Ergonomic Spray Booth
Inside the spacious 12-meter spray enclosure, operators utilize dual 3D hydraulic elevator platforms to easily access all angles and heights of large structural workpieces, boosting application uniformity and painter safety.
3.28-Meter High-Temperature Curing Tunnel ($200^\circ\text{C} - 210^\circ\text{C}$)
The long heating zone ensures precise temperature soak times for complete paint cross-linking. Integrated air curtains at both chamber ends lock heat inside, preventing thermal loss and cutting fuel costs.
