1. High-Precision Automatic Reciprocating System
Our professional mechanical engineers have developed a robust reciprocating system utilizing linear guideways and modular slide tables. Driven by a high-quality AC motor and an intelligent control system, it offers adjustable reciprocating speeds (up to 20 m/min) and exceptional precision. Paired with an automatic control gun for remote operation, both the speed and the spraying flow rate are fully adjustable, guaranteeing excellent coating uniformity.
2. LX-1S Aviation-Grade Centrifugal Atomization
The LX-1S internal pipe coating system utilizes a professional pneumatic high-pressure delivery pump to transport the coating material. It is driven by an aviation-grade pneumatic motor that spins a CNC-machined atomizing disk at high speeds. This centrifugal atomization completely resolves the traditional issues of uneven spraying and severe sagging, applying the coating evenly onto the surrounding internal pipe walls.
3. Smart Anti-Sagging Support Architecture
Coating the inside of a 9-meter pipe with an internal diameter as small as 40mm presents a massive mechanical challenge. The CoatTech system is equipped with a customized internal spray gun support platform and a 9.5-meter reciprocating hard rod fixing system. This specifically engineered support mechanism perfectly prevents the long spray lance from sagging, ensuring high-precision, continuous operation without damaging the internal pipe surface.
4. Advanced Precision Curing & Safety Integration
The integrated industrial precision drying oven features a 150mm high-density (120KG/m³) rock wool board insulation and a 304 stainless steel U-type electric heating tube system, providing adjustable temperatures from 150°C to 200°C.
5.Cooling: After the baking process is completed, the system enters an automatic cooling state, activating a dedicated 0.55KW exhaust fan.
Safety First: Equipped with a tricolor indicator light, fan/heating interlock to prevent dry burning, and an electromagnetic door lock that safely engages when the internal temperature exceeds 45℃.
