Mobile Work Platform (Fully Automatic Hydraulic Lift Platform)
Two mobile work platforms are installed on both sides of the spray booth, one on each side. The platform is powered by advanced batteries, mounted on solid rubber wheels, and driven by the front wheels. It features hydraulic cylinders for lifting, dual hydraulic spring-type parking brakes, and a buzzer device to constantly remind staff to maintain a safe distance. It is equipped with an emergency descent mechanism to ensure worker safety. All electrical components of the platform are fully dustproof and waterproof, with a protection rating of IP65. It boasts features such as safety, reliability, easy operation, low noise, and explosion-proof capabilities.
During painting operations, the control panel can move longitudinally, extend laterally, and perform lifting/lowering movements as needed. All control switches are located on the mobile platform, including an integrated control lever, horn button, slow-speed switch, and a red emergency stop button, facilitating easy operation and safety protection.

3D Work Platform (3D Cart)
Given the relatively tall workpieces to be sprayed, in order to facilitate the operation of painting workers, a 3D work platform that can move freely in left/right, up/down, and forward/backward directions is equipped in the spray booth. One set of 3D mobile work platforms is installed on each side of the spray booth, totaling two sets.
The 3D work platform is a suspended electric 3D work platform, featuring safety, reliability, ease of operation, and low noise. During painting operations, it can perform longitudinal movement, lateral extension/retraction, and vertical lifting/lowering movements as needed. Additionally, this work platform is equipped with safety protection devices to ensure the safety of operators. The suspended electric 3D work platform has three directional movements:
1.Horizontal movement along the walking platform;
2.Vertical lifting/lowering movement along the column support frame;
3.Forward movement along the column support frame;
4.This enables the 3D movement requirements (as shown in the figure below).
