Materials & Heat Treatment
Constructed from aerospace-grade alloys with proprietary heat treatment:
50CrVA (1.05Cr-0.8V-0.25Mo): Quenched at 860°C and tempered at 420°C to achieve HRC 45-50 hardness and 1800MPa tensile strength
SUS304 (18Cr-8Ni): Solution annealing at 1050°C for enhanced corrosion resistance
