The motor serves as the power source, providing operational power for the entire mechanism. Under the drive of the motor, the variable diameter rocker arm, in conjunction with the slider, precisely controls the variable diameter shaft. The variable diameter shaft connects to the torsion spring push rod via a hexagonal pull rod, which adopts a V-shaped structure. The bent part of the torsion spring push rod is fixed by an axis, ensuring it can rotate freely. The other end of the torsion spring push rod is connected to the rocker arm through a long hexagonal pull rod. The rocker arm is also fixed by an axis, allowing free rotation, and its end engages with the latch slot on the swing arm. The other side of the latch slot on the swing arm is connected to the camshaft via a follower bearing, forming a complete transmission system.
Detailed explanation of the workflow
During the torsion spring production process, after the motor starts, it drives the camshaft to rotate. The rotation of the camshaft prompts the eccentric lever to move, which then pushes the eccentric shaft to move. The movement of the eccentric shaft is transmitted to the torsion spring push rod via the hexagonal pull rod, causing the torsion spring push rod to rotate around its fixed axis. The rotation of the torsion spring push rod further drives the rocker arm to rotate through the long hexagonal pull rod, and the rotation of the rocker arm ultimately causes the swing arm to perform corresponding actions. Throughout this series of transmission processes, the wire is gradually twisted and shaped, eventually forming a torsion spring that meets the required specifications. The entire work process achieves precise control over the torsion spring production process through the precise coordination of various components, meeting the production needs for different specifications of torsion springs.
