1. The Hex Washer Head Self Drilling Screw (HWH) is manufactured from high‑quality AISI1018‑1022 carbon steel, designed for fast and secure metal‑to‑metal fastening.
2. It features a case hardness of HV550‑800 and a core hardness of HV300‑450, ensuring excellent wear resistance while maintaining ductility.
3. The screw has a carburizing depth of 0.15mm, providing a tough outer layer to withstand driving stresses without brittleness.
4. Available in gauges #10, #12, and #14, with point types #2, #3, #4, and optional PVC or rubber washer for sealing applications.
5. Length can be customized from 13mm up to 220mm, and the finish is tailored to customer requirements.
